Once suitable and skillful people become in majority in this Company and giving waitage to misleading employees is minimise by the management no doubt no ot her company will stand before it. Remaining are things are of excellent natured.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there's a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Someone often spends office hours idly watching movies and reels on their mobile. The team leader is aware of this, but it continues with the support of the department head.
