This is diploma in engg level technical educational institute affiliated to MSBTE is open in 2009 to spread technical education to ssc passed student . I love the study aspect designed by MSBTE and proud to myself I am working in this organisation. I always trying to give broad knowledge of particular subject to students, as result much students are working in top IT MNC's and government organisation. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures and places, and work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is not much but growth is very slow. Expectation of work is very high. Sometimes i Have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i work for examinations of MSBTE and sometimes late in to the night. Principles and Managements do not value an individuals Unique strengths.
