No exhaust fan in company salary is very low & no salary benifits No attendance benifits also Every month getting a salary for lop problem in presented day Very poor drinking water for using bathroom tap Canteen tea is very very worst & canteen food also No permanent for this job based your performance also Very worst this company management is not giving respect for DIPLOMA HOLDERS & DIGREE holders also

Supervisor behavior is not like good. Animal disrupted, salary not correctly given, human resources department officer behavior not correctly,security is not correctly working.

Good working environment and teammates are supportive and good salary package and they give every year salary hike and bonus

Dislikes

It is a routine process, we were doing the same process for every day after day and there is 2 years of working bond and thereafter you have to resign your job and there is a relationship Gap between the management and workers.

Company maintenance (particularly 5S), discipline,quality inspection 99.9% following, Learning opportunities 100%sure.. We have a future placement

Teammates are good and training is not good.They are important to production.so can't study about implement of field.then job security for traine such a passing clouds ...Work environment s good.salary appraisal are good compare to other companies

The company is not bad..But need development about work field .Then company not provide any complements like transport, food,allowance then when we have govt holidays they should compensate for weekends
