They have been supportive from the beginning of the pandemic Corona breakout.. all were giving assignments to work from home and teams were being efficiently managed by the partners. Only minimum support from office with two three employees on alternate days for client data handling on server. Post curfew all assignments are handled from home. Extremely grateful to be working in this organisation in the current situation.

It's not a corporate firm. The management of resources is still in traditional method. Lacks corporate culture.
