ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, WHO PROMISE SAFETY AND SECURITY TO THEIR TENANTS AND HOLD ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN PACKAGES ARE STOLEN, TENANTS COMMIT CRIMES WITH KNIVES AND GUNS ON THE PROPERTY, MAKE ZERO REPAIRS TO THE UNITS, AND COMMON AREAS. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
