Good ICU nursing staff. Salary on time.

Management interference in clinical decisions / pressure to increase number of invasive procedures/ expected to be available 24/7, even called if you have taken an off, whole medico legal responsibility put on consultant, No trained staff for cath lab, No anaesthesia support. Not allowed to refer a patient irrespective of services available. No internist or equivalent in ICU, if there is a refund to patient party, they cut it from your salary, No request to upgrade staff or material entertained. There is no doctor support in emergency room Or for non invasive work, you have to be a one man army.

Monk (swami kalikrishnananda) who is managing hospital is very terrible person he does not respect doctors, forcefully overburden them and accordingly salary is also very low.

Ramakrishna hospital vbn is the best hospital I have worked with, there is lots of things to learn ,all the staff are very helpful, I came from there at the 2010 and after 10 years it's developed more,
