No management here. All policies are as per owner's benefits. Salary provided is only in hand, no PF, no medical or other benefits. Firing and hiring huge amount of employees every month. No money or even salary is given on firing. Employees are bound to sign 2yrs bond. No sick leave, casual leaves are given. Only 12 earned leaves are given. Even festival holidays are merged into public holidays. No salary slip, no joining letter, offer letter, relieving letter or experience letter is provided. If employee ever asked for salary slip, Hr is behaving like some ghost caught on them. 9hrs working everyday and 4.5hrs working on Saturdays. No matter on which profile you are working, the only work you have to do is following up with costumer and suppliers.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Male employee in R& D are entitled with their so called great projects( that don't even work actually) .. N female employee are only for bakwass work. Female never get appraisal for their work.. Poor mentality of some sick managers. They hired the person once again whom they fired in case of molesting a girl

Actually there is nothing Good to write about this Company except for a few people who are kind and generous.

Dislikes

There is no job security there as you can be fired without giving even one month's notice. Deliberate and no logical deduction of amount during FNF. No listening to your side of story by management no matter how right you are. There is too much politics. Rumors spread far to quickly resulting in damaging your image even you have done nothing wrong. Don't expect appraisal/increment as chances of you getting fired becomes too high. So much to write about dislikes which will result in like writing an essay. One word "Avoid" unless you are too desperate.
