...dvise to new joiners not to consider this company as they do not respect talent. They don't provide offer letters, and any proof of employment like - salary slip, appointment letter, experience letter, PF etc.

Nothing employees are not respected here , rather terminated suddenly without giving any proper reasons. The worst company I have have worked with. Will definitely not recommend it.
