Long term working staff benefits to be extant .. like bonus, Gratuity.. Since l worked 7.2 years l have not got any basic facilities. That's very sad thing in such big management.. Sorry.

PATHETIC MANAGEMENT,EVEN SALARY IS NOT RECEIVED ON TIMELY ALSO NOT GIVEN THE APPOINTMENT LETTER,OFFER LETTER AND NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT PROVIDENT FUND OR ANY OTHER ALLOWNCES TO THE EMPLOYEE.I LEFT THIS PROPERTY DUE TO SUCH POOR MANAGEMENT.

...ike to work with ramada but first i love to do my work so its easy to anywhere . but if we see the paying package is very very low no growth and no careness.

there are many issue but did'nt mind them but some issue need to right them like unprofetional senior staff even managers they had knowladge from thier experience not from thier own lerning. as the quality of hotel it should need high profile staff for more upselling.

Actually i was started my first job with ramada plaza.and i m going to complete 2 years with ramada plaza.i would like to thanks because of i learnt lots of things over here.and in future i wanna work with same group.

Most of the employes are un satisfied with there salary.they don't get pay according to work. Salary pakage is very low to compare to other hotel.this was the reasion to leave the employes.

Worked with the company was very good. Entire management and the policies of the company was great. Such a wonderful experience.

There was no dislikes because if you wants to show your work you need to work harder.
