Work environment is extremely good. The head of the departments are very encouraging and always motivating. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they make work more of a fun :)

Dislikes

Being a great property and excellent environment with everything includively dynamic I would like to say that the compensation or salary should get a hike which therefore will encourage the staffs to devote more of themselves towards their work which is technically an appraisal itself. Thank you.

I am regretting that I have joined in this shit company. No offs, mis managed property. Work culture is worst. Don’t join this hotel they will offer you higher packages to retain employee. But after you join You find urself why i have join this property.

The management of Caravela beach resort especially Food and beverage Mr shiddarth is so disappointed and terrible I worked for this company for 18months happily at the end of my resignation period they just made issues for not being present for one day n made me to do the clearance and then for my certificate they asked me to pay 10000 rs which was unfair and unacceptable But thanks anyways for the support Caravala beach resort goa

They are not supporting any one they are selfish management people who are saving there jobs and asking to resign other lower staff. In total they have fired 350 staff in this pandemic situation who serve them in every situation. Very worst company and worst higher management.

Board management is very poor when it comes to them to serve us for time being they have shown there back and now also with out calling to rejoin there old staff they have hired new staff.

Very owner driven company, management has no say.thwy hote and fire people like anything. They believed one of their own managers and put blame for business loss on other and later filed a case of chest against the same person. This shows their talent to hire the correct person for job.

Dislikes

They are intimidated by people who have worked abroad or have been working with big brands but they don't know how to embrace such kind of talent.
