...entality. There is no leave, works like labor. No HR Policies no leave no rest . Salary delayed more than 2 months. They will deduct your salary without any reason. Company's MD directly talks with Site foremen and asked about project head performance. Can you imagine !!!! Some person who comes to HO are behaved like they are king of entire project .

No Sunday, no leave, No fix timing of work. Salary Delay, Misbehave of Company owner. Unwanted work pressure.

No medical fecility available ,No fix date for monthly Salary, working drawings not approved from competitive authority before hand , No proper planning for Execution , Shortage of Machinery and Technical persons ,Only three days leave in month (no Sunday off , Daily 10-12 Hours working period ) no extra paid for that

nothing to like , only your collogue are good there. Kapil and Aman in billing department both are excellent person, although Anooj and Rajiv jain are also good persons.

...and lala's word is the last word. There is also no HR policies. No leave policy. It is just like no work no pay system. There is some labour laws in India but employees are worst than labour for them there is no laws.

Team mates are very helpful because all of them are frustrated. Project in charge is like a rotten potato. No training facilities here to learn anything. No job security anytime they can say good buy. No carrier growth, they never gives any increment during the project. No body can balance his family life with this company. I personally never recommend anybody of my friends to join this company.

Good management, Good Team, Senior management is supportive, Target based work , here we can explore more and more done all execution activities after receipt of tender 1. Work allotment on labour rate basis to sub contractors. 2. Work allotment to specialized agencies like low voltage services like data Net working, CCTV, BMS & SCADA, Solar hot water System 3. Shop drawing approval from CPWD & Principal Architect. 4. Coordinate the services with Architect and Services Consultants 5. Attending monthly, fortnightly meeting with CPM, Executive Engineer, AE,s client IIM Director and Team.

Dislikes

Equivalent waitageb required for MEP Services as per sequence of working. This much authority required to MEP Department to function seamlessly. MEP Services are the heart of project.
