One aspect I dislike about working at Rama Hospital is the sudden termination or resignation policy. With this issue I can surely say that there is no job security. I work with Rama. I want to work with Rama for lifetime. But while the overall environment is supportive and positive, the possibility of being terminated without understand the employee situation can be stressful. it would be beneficial if the hospital implemented a more transparent and gradual approach to addressing performance issues.

Good Policies regarding Employee welfare, which provide equal opportunity to learner as well as experiences employee. Employee receive many benefit regarding their health and security , Good Team work ,Peaceful and Healthy Environment. Already Developed Health Organization, which have achieved many rewards in patients care areas.

I really enjoy all the people I work with collaboration is important to me, so it's been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there are not a lot of paths update in the company
