The sales team at the Rama Metrolife site was really very nice. All the staff were very helpful except for the Director of the Sales, he is too much of bossy.

Director of sales, never listen to anyone suggestion. He has an attitude of been bossy and as boss is alway right with his half cooked knowledge .

Some Workers & Sr Employees are not behave good each other while working together .. because of some Senior's political things environment makes spoil and innocent employees leaving their job honestly .. some Seniors with Good position they treat badly while targeting innocent employee.

Likes

It's a good company to work till the time new inexperienced people with lack of market intelligence come and sits in the management. They think they know everything but actually their policies are impractical and unethical on ground. On the top of it management knows that this is not going in companies favor but still not doing anything. It's alarming that just because of that one wrong decision taken by the management to hire such people the trust of the business partners is lost and the employees are also feeling insecure.

Hiring of wrong and inexperienced people at management level.
