All , RR cable and Ram Ratna are in the same premises, Candidates get lost in Ram Ratna in the name of RR cable, because there is a world of difference between RR cable and Ram Ratna, both company policy are very different. Wrost experience in career. Diplomatic person is there on top position.

There was no systematic approch for learning or training for newly joined employees. Also there was no professional work culture as well as lot of politics. Really bad experience for joining as a fresher CA in Ram Ratna Wires Limited silvassa.

Dislikes

No coordination amongst staff. Lower staff hence lot of work load There is no time to out hence work continue ever after office hrs.
