I like the Ram ratan infrastructure Pvt Ltd and good experience work with us.

Dislikes

Ram ratan infrastructure is a good company but GM of this company is very very ghatiya person and his personality also very very bad he all time abuse the manager's and engineer's.

Working culture is not like MNC. but not bad also.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

You don't get increment here any how it's just a company of big brand but actual condition is not like that. Management doesn't address our issues. Job training is not given to employees.

People from design dept are the only things which makes me stay in this location this far.so overall they guide u teach you make u learn new things...So full 10 on 10 marks to the design team.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No transportation facility from company, poor food facility at company canteen,no benefits allowances ,food outside is also costlier,staying is costlier overall the place is itself a remote location so u don't get much often to explore n find new opportunities.
