Well equipped company with good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Very poor management especially Production Department. Not respecting vendors and employees. Very low chances of people sustaining in that company. The Company has no vision.Very poor in customer satisfaction.

Likes

As overall experience was quite good but the work culture is not much healthy to enrich your skills. There is a dominating nature in old staff thats why new recruit face insecurity and uncomfortable. They didn't care about the staff specially the ground staff and office level staff. Company didn't provide the valid facility to employees in COVID-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

As the dominating nature of old staff, we can't work confidently. They always try to dominate new employee in front of seniors. The incentives are not good on behalf of the work load. Company didn't care about employee satisfaction.
