Salary credit in Bank account with 2 days of month end. Job security is very good. Good job for freshers

Computer is old and not working properly. Office facilities are third class. Salary structure is very lesser and not sufficient for several. Management doesn't address our issues.

Ralson was good company few years back. Precisely before covid and before they invested in new TBR project.

... sale increased by good percentage.Company have done injustice with employees. 1) the factory was under lockdown only for 40 days in 2020 and they gave only 50% salary to employees and to GM and above they gave 45% for this period. 2) 30/40 people got infected with covid ,while on work but they gave only 40% salary to those all infected with covid for this. 3) Now,Inspite of growth and annual increments pending of fy20/21 they giving only for 6 months and that too with huge cuts. 4) on the other hand they're sponsors of ipl SRH team, paying huge amounts for this yoy. 5) These short term covid self advantage by company may do harm in long run. 6) company brand is because of its employees, who are valuable stakeholders but company not respects them. 7) before company was very good but certainly it is not at all good. All decisions being taken are not in favor of employees and neither in customers.

My experience with this compay as a worker was.Worst company I have ever work 12 hours job salary is almost 9k to 11k Can you belive this company Ralson india limited is very ruthless to own workers. They hard work for 12 hours with no chairs or desk to sit No fan for 60% workers

Salary discrimination refers to the unfair treatment of employees... It occurs when employees are paid less than others who perform the same job with the same level of skill, and experience.... This practice is illegal and can lead to negative consequences for the employees who are affected by it.

Company is very good. Very good thinking for company future growth. Even Green field project company trying to give facilities to employee as per possible.

Dislikes

Salary is very very bad, Hr policy is bad so sad. Salary unnecessary cut under policy. Management need understand who are actually working in floor.
