1. No proper job role as per designation. 2. Higher salary and designation but job role is like an officer. 3.Old employees doesnot like you if you joined on good designation. 4.Plant head and second line manager always try to escape from accountibility. 5.Purely Patel dynasty. 6.All Patel's show that they all doesnot like each other but they have unity and gather on somewhere and prepare plan to harrassment of employees. 7. Manager who is so called second line is responsible to damage image of company. 8.Manager only prepare shift schedule and laugh every time. 9.Before join Raks production be clear with job role. 10. Higher authority always busy on Phone. 11.No department is like here HR . 12.HR head is just pass the time. 13.old employees always compare salary with you. 14.No decision making ability in second line. 15.favorism,setting of shifts,. 16 The pair of of Plant head and second line is most dangerous. 17.Purely dictatorship. 18.Top management is doesnot knows real picture of department. 19.Not recommended for people who have an experience of more than 10yrs. 20.Second line manager doesnot have sense of talking and no professional language. 21.Plant head also required communication and behavioral training. 22.Jobless people can avail opportunity till new job search.

...nation as per your requirement but job role is not given as per expectation. 7.People who are working from beginning are treat you based on your salary. 8.Work place politics. 9.Teams in a team. 10.No proper promotion policy even site head also Not evalute any candidate. 11.Favorism . 12.No professional behaviour. 13.No decision making skill. 14.Un necessary intruption of second line manager where as he does not give single decision. 15.Production head does not have any requirement he always said this is the requirement of Site head. 16.Stationary item like Ballpen, markers are not provide by head. 17.If you have one Special Surname or you are from one particular district then there is always be soft corner for you. 18.Always expected excellent performance but when it come to demonstrate the performance no will give you demo. 19.Not recommendation for Assistance manager and above because Existing Manager will treat you as a casual helper. 20.HR head is a only for show, HR head never work on the feedback of the exit interview of ex employee. 21.HR head never meet people, never ask anyone for what is going on. 22.This organization required revolutionary Change in working culture. 23.No control of HR in people related to out time decipline .

Very lower class people in plant management AGM and sr manager 2.AGM work as a pattawala , no sence how to talk and sr manager work as shift schedule wala only 3 sr manager always laughing , rubbish language , senseless 4 patel lobby 5 lobby people are making always problem for outsiders people 6. Mannerless people. 7. Always fear for job in production 8 horrible work culture means third class working culture 9 sr manager always show himself as a president but when the time come to take decision then he will away far always ( door bhag jata hai ). & AGM always support to him ,his way of working.
