Canteen Food , Bus Service, Madical Issue, Salary Less and Company Politics this thing are really bad for an employee. So i resigned.

Management not all good, no night allowance, salary very less, canteen food not all good, employer are not getting respect from to security or higher level.

...lso behave like hr. A lot of work pressure. Everymonth need to reach the target. Salary is very low. Carrier growth not there. A very certain of things for learning. Very difficult to spend the two year bond.

I am working as a technician about 2 years and by that time I can tell working environment is good but food quality of the canteen area is very poor, and the salary is also very low as they admits it's a multi national company. I will advise that do not go for the place or salary go for the environment,work and boss. I am from West Bengal and if you are coming from North then it's better to join another company rather than this cause believe me you will not feel well at theses red-eye environment peoples are talking on your back and will never grow up your precious time will be wasted at nowhere.

Salary will come in end of the month, and some department engineering is too good like my engineering .

Dislikes

There company culture, there manager behavior, salary increment, per year 500 rs only you have to travel minimum 2 hours per day.
