New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. It's only benift to freshers because they can learn so many things in site. As per now no engineer is working more than one year in this company.. Just imagine

Dislikes

Worst Company , Bad work life , They will pay you 30% less than what you're worth for ! They don't even respect employees, they treat engineers worse than Mason. But they dump lots of money on useless things in company. But they don't even bother about employees in company. But this is good opportunity for freshers to learn things in site. You have to work all 365 days.. No leaves. Even if there in no work at all in site.. Employee has to attend and sit idol and waste all his time.
