For a person who is not much exposed to Corporate clients or who doesn't want a Corporate life after being a CA or want to work only in Local or nearby small clients, then, this firm can be good. For someone who have bigger dreams or want to conduct Listed audits or want different kind of Assignments such as Quality Review, Forensic Audit, Due Diligence then this firm is obviously is not for you. Hence, liking is dependent upon your aspirations and personal goals.

Dislikes

The most inappropriate thing for this firm would be their behavior towards their Article Assistant & Semi-Qualified staff. This is typically due to family oriented structure, although mostly there is good behavior of CA working their except the person who handles their HR operations, is literally a Toxic for their continuous growth.

Management is not good. Owner is arogent. Any small work it takes 2 hour atleast to decide by management. No freedom to employees. Harassment to employees. No work time. Destroy social life. Etc

No ethics, and independence, decisions are based on monetary objective and increasing business alone with complete disregard to ethical principals. Not employee friendly, poor remuneration, pathetic tone at the top.
