Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

NOTHING and beware of them...after you are out of your country you are trapted

SALARY NOT PAID INCOMPOTENT PEOPLE GIVEN FANCY DESIGNATION AS MD , COO AND CFO who i guess havent even done schooling The MD has primitive vison and dont know to do business was born with a silver spoon The advertise good package but after selection will come down with the pay scale (should have rejected it at that time) and they dont do any budgeting so no salary is paid in time .Have been held up for 6 months. Ran away from the company with all my pending money ..just so that i can come back and live my life peacefully The COO is a very very very bad person ...no work life balance (JUBA is a awful place) they dont pay you to go out..and think you have to work 24*7 , 7 days a week
