...ac you showing poor performance only giving 7 days notice as many of us incl.me. In the case of after confirmation they make curtailment of monthly salary upto 25% to 75% for the same. There are no warning mail serve on probation period before sac. There are no PF and ESIC....

As a fresher I got experience but there is no point to like about Rajwada Group.

Dislikes

... accusing, fault finding and non cooparative. There is no established HR policy. They cut salary giving the excuse of wrong update in whatsapp group though the employee is serving 9 hours job for 6 days in a week. Though the working time was 9 hours per day but the expectation was to complete the work of the day without time limit.

...e. You can go to him to clear your doubts and he will definitely do all of them. If his mood is okay, you might get full salary one month. He also sets down unrealistic targets to meet which becomes impossible due to the lack of co-operation from management and senior advocate, otherwise it would have been fine. 2. Random salary reduction from the minimum wage by the whim of the company is very common. The pay grade is extremely low to every employee considering the company turnover. 3. Old employees run the company in their fancy and political agendas to establish espionage. There is no employee retention in the company as they don't care about their employees at all as its clear here. 4. Monday- Saturday (10 am -7 pm). You may be expected to work over hours upto 10 hours without pay. 5. You don't get paid for the days you have off. Also there's no holidays, no national holidays, no sick or casual leaves. If you're sick or need a day off, you will not be paid. (Company Policy) 6. Communication is to be updated on Whatsapp groups ONLY and correctly without fail to avoid and random deduction or unreasonable reason for deduction in salary which may vary from 3days to an entire month . It may also be deducted because of somebody else's fault. You will have to beg for your salary once they have deducted and given you. You may get the salary back if you're an old employee or somebody they personally like you or really lucky. 7. There is no office decorum. 8. The office still maintains hard registers only. 9. There is no orientation/training when you join the company no matter experienced or fresher. Although you will be expected to know everything even if you're a fresher. There is no proper handover of work because there is no employee retention and more often than not employees leave the company without any notice. 10. They will not provide you with any documents of employment if you do not ask for it repeatedly. 11. There is no growth in career except some knowledge. 13. Lewd comments may have to be faced by some collegues. 14. The office will interfere in your personal life (after office hours) and create a problem with that in the office space. 15. Advocates will not be allowed to meet /talk senior advocates in court or to go court due to pertaining matters because Seniors don't give up the power and responsibility and or allow juniors to take part but they will be the one reprimanded if there's any delay in court work which there always is. 16. No Job Security. You can be fired anytime but they don't do that because almost everyone leaves on their own. 17. If at all salary is in your stars, you may get them by 10th-15th of every month.

There is nothing to like about Rajwada group. No respect for women, no job security, harassment, salary cut without any reason etc are common in this place.

Dislikes

In a nutshell everything. Salary is very low, they promise you something, give you something. If you are jobless not getting any proper job, then you can come to this place. Basically the Director is an uneducated person and treat employees like his servant. Politics is everywhere, you will get fired anytime. Not a good and safe place for women. So think twice before joining.

There is nothing to like at all except some colleagues who are innocent souls and some Seniors (not all).

...you(if you are a fresher) mentally for doing even a single and small mistake. 9. The salary structure is not at all as per industry. After studying for five years a B.A.LL.B graduate is not expected to get a salary of Rs. 10000. And the experienced receives only 17000-18000. And that also after deductions you will receive 13/14 thousand 10. You will have no benefits PF,Gratuity,Mediclaim. 11. And if you are on sick leave or any leave(marriage or bereavement) you will have to be always available on phone and give updates on phone and the interesting part is you will not receive any salary during this period. 12. No work no pay.. no one day sick leave also. And you may also require to work Monday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm and even on Sunday. Usually working hour is Monday to Saturday 10-7pm. But if you are on the good books of the person counting attendance you can leave even before 3pm on Saturdays. And others day on 6pm. My advice to freshers:- don't join before knowing the laws of the land.
