There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

...Management is only concern about money. They will not help you when you need it. You have very less leave balance just 12 days in year and if you take extra leave then salary will be cut and in name of bonus they cut some amt. From your salary and that only gives it back to you at time of bonus. They will say many things while interviewing bt all are bogus. Any holiday comes then you have to work on Sunday also...such a Rotten company it is

Worst staffs they won't allow you learn anything, and HR is very worst they didn't give salary properly they corrupt our salary and don't give any explanation if anything we ask.. and food is sooo bad they don't give respect if your education is higher than theirs.

Lot of work. No work life balance. One can learn the art of working. The top management is excellent. But down the the line staff are doing lot of politics. The senior staff misuse the name of Director.

Recognition is nil. Salary is average. Decision making is centralized. No 2nd line.

...tion both. People behaviour is very poor. Incharge always using offensive words. 12 hour work and salary 10500 for Freshers. Increment 1000 per year. Not recommending for engineers.
