New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Salery after 12 to 16 Learning skills 0 OT not available No system Bed environment ( 5S) They debite money from our salery continue 12 months and give same amount after 1 year , and says this is your bonus . I didn't like this . Also safety 🦺 not using No transport, no HRA TA , DA
