...Company is very old but they don't even any leaves calculation software or ERP. You have to calculate by self and inform HR dept otherwise they will deduct from salary and it will give headache. Top management is trying to do some betterment for employees but mediator people are politically refuse some decisions and policies. And one more thing being a Limited company they have 6 days of working and some times 7 days working with overtime with Wednesday off (which is not suitable). My one and only one suggestion is please avoid rajoo if you can.

- Aprisal is not based based on your performance or Skill Set - Unprofessional Behavior & Toxic Culture - Have to face many questions everytime to use your earned or basket leaves

Promoters are humble and easily accessible

Dislikes

Failing to attract and retain talent because of poor appraisal and employee assessment. The senior positions occupied by very old staff leaving no room for young talent to progress. Time is given more importance than output. HR policies needs to be flexible and employee friendly if they really want to recruit and retain talent

Rajoo is 3rd company in my career and i feel proud to be in rajoo family, working environment is so professional and my mentors and seniors are so supportive and they always encourage me to face new challenges everyday to learn new things.
