When I started for this organisation....there was a good work environment although the principal was not enough capable to manage things. Till the time when Director sir was associated with the school and used to do things in his observation, the School was growing good and children were also doing great. There is a huge building of school administration which is quite advance according to a rural area.Also, there is a huge advanced computer lab with advance technology , we rarely can get in rural area.

Dislikes

From the time when management has been changed the school has lost its best teacher only by targeting in politics. Things are getting worse day by day. Poor management, poor administration, Poor policies towards teacher and school become so negative.
