1) The First & Foremost thing Salary delay- Salary Problem is pathetic here. 2)Work - Seems excepting 2-3 people , everyone here is just show off. No proper planning for anywork. if stonechips is in stock then cement is out of stock, if cement available then sand is out of stock. 3) There are some Engineers who really want to work here but there are some relatives of Owner ( so called Malik ka admi is here) who are just total waste materials , they didn't even know how to talk professionally. 4) The Owner of this company Akhilesh Pandey,and his Elder brother PANKAJ PANDEY. Pankaj Pandey is the person, who blocked all staffs salary when they leave company, next they will buy materials, but no pay staffs salary. 5) No Bonus 6) They will come by Fortuner but For work Diesel quantity issue. 7) Some Manager level idiots are here who just showing off i am the best and i am doing this work to the owner but ultimately they didn't know how to write a single letter in English . Most of the work on NH-2 Six laning project is done by the juniors staffs ONLY. 8) Most of the Staffs (mostly Non technical ) are here using butter for their survivals on this company. 9) AND THIS IS NOT A LISTED COMPANY TO THE BANK,YOU WILL NOT GET LOAN BY DOING JOB HERE. 10)High level of corruptions is also here.

Good working environment , team member are quite supportive including senior and top management , Freedom to take decision on your own .

Medical insurance not provided , salary should be fixed on single on date of every month its fluctuates every months .
