• Negligible/very slow career growth • No proper designation • Poor soft skills of existing staff • No management hierarchy • Poor Head office Location & Infrastructure • HR got no powers to act independently • Appraisals happen 3 months late in new Financial Year • Present year's Diwali bonus is paid the next year

Thier is no work culture in quality department, no cleaning, lab looks like old factory, not systematic work, please dont expect work life balance because plant running on Thursday(week off) and u have to come, night shift starts from 10pm to 8 am. Room i got for accommodation from company but its third class for living anyone, hr not even came to saw after to much complain, company gave one time lunch but this also a not good. Company motto is u have to work like donkey just work like hell but u don't get any knowledge bcz no one thier try to teach things, seniors attitude like this is not training or ur school. Too much dust and bad environment in the plant. Hr work like nothing. They don't even try to change things just like chal raha hai to chala do🤦.

After 2022 worl culture is worth I'm verryMy opinion is that now it will be very risky to join any post in Rajiv Plastics Silpvassa Plant because there will be no possibility of learning from there if your management behavior is the best and the behavior management will be like this from the day I gave my resignation. This was not as expected and my sellry was on hold and did not even arrive after 5 month till today so I had to give a review.
