This project is dedicated to women empowerment, institution and capacity building. Rgmvp work on social issues and breaking hierarchy, rgmvp also serve financial inclusion like CCL, inter loaning, Apna CCL.

Work pressure is very high sometime I work have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have attend the mis review meeting in the field and place some calls to follow up online mis data. Reporting authority do value and individual unique strength which is why I have to take my decision most of time. I do receive emails to the founders for getting specific report on indicators. Also provide mis training and technical, networking support.

RGMVP has highlightened his vision to reduce poverty through women as the central change agent.The mission of the organisation is to empower poor women by helping them over come poverty descrimination through community institution in the form of SHG.Trough which they can acess their rights and entitlement s,and social and development initiatives.

Nothing,Organisation is suffering from financial crisis.

Teaching and learning enviorment. All person are working emotionly like a family.

Low honararium to CV and ISC also meeting sakhi. RGMVP no provides a market or plateform where poor women do something for livelyhood.
