This helps in maintaining work-life balance as you already know how much time will be spent on job. Professionalism, you will feel it. Comparitively much less politics. Good working environment. Clean and hygienic premises. Employee-Employer relationship is good.

Salary is..well, not satisfactory. And growth is tooo slow.

... treatment usually takes 6 months to years ,so you meet them almost once a week.Salary is good, according to other hospitals.

Politics which may also affect you appraisal and promotion, bad management of staff in terms of assigning patients or arranging staff if any staff is absent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of two year before which you xannot resingn on the job training is not given to new joinees

I like working with this organisation, management is working really well, work load is little hectic but we are there for work so, it's okay, employee friendly hospital.

Transaction of salary on time, gives a good environment to work.
