So much politics, no rules are followed, the top 3persons MD, plant head, tool room head control according to their wish. They say means that's the rule. No procedure followed for increment promotion. All are final by the top 3people.they do not even bother to respond why & how? They even do not want to support their employees in their career advancement. They want to chain their employees so that they cannot go anywhere bcoz they will not provide u the character certificate, experience certificate. They simply told at last that we don't give them. Then how will a person show noc in their next company.
