I love my job at Rajendra Engineering Company because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom with my job. Company had given me great platforms for training, appraisal and provided good working environment. The most beautiful thing about my company is that my boss always allowed me to work under autonomy, variety, challenges and helping others.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and the work pressure is too much high. Complains of the customers are not solved at one go. Brides this there is no on job training for freshers and as a senior I have to guide them properly.

The company is innovation and latest technology. I love the company because it has marketed reliable, high quality products all over west Bengal.As a result, I get to travel various places. Our colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

The company is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to work sometimes 10-12 hours but management do not value .I have to attend client calls in the evening and night. Here is training for freshers and seniors are very helpful.
