It was good learning experience. The director is helpful regarding understanding the products and applications.

Work culture is bad. Deduction in monthly expense vouchers. Salary deduction anytime for any nonsense reasons. No incentives.

I faced several issues with salary deductions. On multiple occasions, money was deducted from my salary without prior warning. This unpredictability made it very difficult to manage my finances. Disappointing experience due to unprofessionalism. Overall experience with the management team was disappointing.

Manipulative director , deductions so that they manage their other people's salary, any much work you do , you will be said u didnt do what was asked and den deductions, pathetic work style and office culture, never ever should go to this company , the director is scamster , that's how he has build this organisation . They hire needy peoples so that they can use them and do many things against the labour law and that people won't ask any explanation and that's how it works at Rajdeep , if any NGO looks for labour law , you can get atleast 5 peoples whose money has been deducted unnecessary and was given less pay what was decided in the offer letter. Please some one do something and shut this scamster whose running business with looting cut in employees money
