Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One man dominated company, worst HR policy, no promotion, minimum increment after 15 months. Management has 60 years old rules and wish to hire new Generation. Strict 9 hours and 6 days working culture. Purchase process is the worst, you need 6 signature for purchase of Rs. 1500/- If you can.... You should avoid this offer
