Very good culture and team work in rsrtc and very good service provides by all of employees of rsrtc. I like rsrtcs service

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like decision making policy at the depot level .we can learn a lot of things of management like motivation to junior ,working in a conditions to give optimum output in low available resources ,how to manage a automobile work shop

Career growth in company is very slowly
