The organization is open to innovation and fully adopts cutting edge technology,i love the fact that i am a part of team that provides high quality technical support to our targeted beneficiaries and has a state community base.as a result, i get to travel to some of the districts of Rajasthan,but on site travel is completely dependent on our project and community's location.My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend target beneficiary calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Likes

The job takes you to the depths of rural India and make an effort towards upbringing the poor people via Livelihood generation.

Dislikes

The office hours are undefined. The work load in not consistent. The allowances like laptop or mobile are not paid.

Excellent organisation for self develpoment and opportunities for career growth with a lot of challenges pertaining to field work and meet targets well within stipulated time.

Dislikes

As such there is no dislike except the challenges which one has to face in the field and to meet the targets within dead line.

HR concept has been demolished. You do not know the documentation work. You do not kniw rules, eligibility, claims, benefits, laws, etc as you are new. And they will not give you briefing/induction, etc. You do not have anyone.Typical government 'babu' system. Paper work involved even if you spend 5 rs on tea. Salary gets at least ten days after you submit your work done! Your higher authorities expect 'babuism' and flattering from subordinates. People involved in wasting public money through various means. They do not let the field workers work with freedom and free mind.

HR system, HR policies, contract policies, too much paper work, babuism, political interference, lack of leadership, ego and attitude of superiors, lack of support from higher authorities, no learning, corruption, unfriendly work environment,

Work experience are good in for govt. Sector good commands work and experience in documents and skill, billing, sites handling,team management and learning new opportunities
