...low, and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Salary comes very late, TA bills also come very late. There are many problems in this company.

Experience is very excellent, I learned the work of solar department and electronic department, i learned government work there

Dislikes

All the staff there used to do me a job, and used me mentally tochard, and the staff who used to do my work with me was not my department ,yet i used to do his worked at the behest of the district general manager , no staff the office was asked for routine reports except me , i had to leave the job 3 April 2019 because of all discrimination.

The company is open to innovation and latest technology and this campany culture is good and happily nature and the hr and other officer are happily nature

This company growth is slow and they have no job security

Reil is a PSU company so it workers in all over india .job security is good but sallery growth is not Good but it all over a good company to fresher and experienced Diploma holders

Working with the company last two year,and its all employee are full supporter and work place is good.
