Nothing... Think twice before joining the organisation. Complete burocracy in the plant and hr will say all lie then can say

Dislikes

Everything. Unless your boss leaves you can go home. Your work and your in and ot time has no relation. Normal shift - 8-5 Actually shift 8- untill boss leave Normally 8-8 As per mnc rules you can let people work 70 Hours a week.

It's good to be a part of Rajashree cement works. As it's an part of ULTRATECH no issues with salary and appraisal. Also one can explore himself and can develop self. Lot of opportunities will be provided. More importance will be give for safety, Hence never dream about violating safety rules. Regarding work life balance depends on self how he manages the situations.
