Here you can understood the need of a development specialists in the field. you can understand the value of NGO work as they have proper village stay method for new learner.

The field team members are very good, the management is very bad, the dont like there competitors, if you do your best you will not encourrged. Horrible work life balance.

Not a professional Organization. No work-life balance, and No opportunity for career growth. As a grassroots level organization, you will learn from the field. No other professional guidance you will receive. A learning organization. Good for Nobis.
