Company very bad, Yesha lagata company nahi kale Pani ki Saja ho. Morning 7.00 am Company jane ka or return 11.00 pm ko aane ka 8 hours working key Nam paar 16 hours work karwa ke late hai. Company Boss every night drink and more casual workar panishment, My all life this bad company Am always suggest not going any one this company

This company is owner based. So provide high salary, but working hours 14 to 16 hours forcefully.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is not good. Salary is high but career growth spoil due to heavy pressure mentally and physically. There is a bond of 2 year, but original documents not provide after completing bond due to owner is not good. There is not provide salary slip, salary details, any holiday.

They have very good facility in terms of machine, softwares and manufacturing unit. They are doing new research for making product effecient. For fresher it's a good learning place.

Dislikes

Salary, appraisal, working hours are not good. Teammates are not good unskilled worker and technician cause more product failure.

There is nothing to like at Rajan technocrats. If you have farm then work there but Not work at Rajan technocast, because here you are treated as a worker who work at farm.

There is every month salary hold and give 25th date. Every month find should be applicable to every employee of 1000 RS. And more. Every day director Dushyant Patel don't let go home till 11p.m. there is no compensation and not growth in salary and post. Any time you will transferred from your working department to other. There is not value of employee. You have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day. You have to submit your original degree certificate and sign a bond of 2 year and submit deposite of 15000 to join. After 2 year your degree certificate not returned. Any kind of letter is not provided i.e. joining letter, offer letter, experience certificate, salary slip. There is policy that if work there than you will not introduce yourself as at which post you are, you will be introduced as a operator, and after leaving you will never work at any investment casting company. If director Dushyant Patel know by any source that you will leave than not pay your salary and don't let go home and treat you as worker and always speak bad words to every employee.

Only company where except director nobody is happy not even hr. Please don't waste your valuable time in Rajan TECHNOCAST and NEWAGE ENGINEERING as both company's are handled by DUSYANT PATEL.
