First thing, the salary is low. Second thing, they hold salary without any reason. Third thing, even after coming one employee corona positive, they don't allow employees to quarantine themselves. Fourth thing, they don't hear what you say, they just talk about their benefits.

Likes

Employer- Mr Manoj aggarwal behaves like a kid without having any practical work exposure. If anyone joins his office you will feel proud to teach him the auditing standards. Easy to make him fool. Good for the beginners as it will be a unique experience.

Dislikes

Unprofessional firm with intent of running the shop not firm. No vision and no goal is there. No time management and no respect given to staff.

Like :- Nothing The place is full of toxic culture. I was an article over there, My principal does not respect their articles and treat them as the slave. The work exposure learnt during articleship is null. They often give work to articles related to homechores. Also, in peak season they just sit article too late like 2 to 3 mid night having no work. Also, the principal does not give transfer to their articles in genuine reason also not sign the articleship completion form after completion Apprenticeship. Also the other staff also not satisfied woth their job because of harrsement principal behaviour. They often scold every staff member on unnecessary issues. Recomendation :- Please dont join this firm, you will destroy your carrer and dreams.
