New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Nothing to like in that Replay India. Main Unit at Hinga MIDC and another unit stablish in Butibori MIDC on the name of Reply International Pvt. Ltd. Director are thugs only 6-7 technician and 5-6 office shaff are permanent, otherwise no one stay more than 1 year.

Dislikes

Salary will be gives in 2nd month in form of cash. So whenever you leave the company you loose 1minth salary, and if you give resign then you losse 2month salary. Material is always problem, always fund release for purchase the material after expected delivery date of that project and manufacture when pick up truck reach on door. In unit 2- Two big dogs 🐶 are permanent placed by director to scare you and you will never complain anywhere about all those fraud. Rules are change as per mood of MD Traveling bills are not clear before 3-4month and if you purchase any equipment in emergency that amount you will goes from your pocket. Salary will deduct any time by accountant without any information. Stay away from that fraud company. Mental pressure will increase day by day.
