No work life balancing. At the start they give all flexibility, but later during the payment they point out all that flexibilities as your mistake / carelessness and they stop payment.

Dislikes

This company is fraud company. They make you work hard for a month, Till that they are very soft and flexible with you. and when it comes to the payment they start finding silly mistakes and they stop payment for those reasons. For me they did the same, Just for not replying to the mail within time, they stopped my payment. And they say its a big blunder mistake. Any one who wish to join this company be careful, dont waste your precious time in such fraud company.
