No work life balancing. At the start they give all flexibility, but later during the payment they point out all that flexibilities as your mistake / carelessness and they stop payment.

Dislikes

This company is fraud company. They make you work hard for a month, Till that they are very soft and flexible with you. and when it comes to the payment they start finding silly mistakes and they stop payment for those reasons. For me they did the same, Just for not replying to the mail within time, they stopped my payment. And they say its a big blunder mistake. Any one who wish to join this company be careful, dont waste your precious time in such fraud company....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
