The one thing I like that is they give everyone a salary on time.

Dislikes

1. Partiality is very high on the level. They put pressure on 1 person, but still, they will not say anything to their loved ones instead they are not doing anything 2. You can't find anyone when you'll need them the most. everyone will pass on their duties and responsibilities to one another but they won't solve it. This situation will give you trouble. 3. No fixed shift or no fixed duty rota for even a week. they will give you a new shift each and every day. 4. Pay scale is also very less. 5. They are not giving leaves (CL, EL, CompOff), even if I have it.

You'll get salary on time apart from that everything is worst

Every thing.... Specially recognition and appraisal .... Even though you'll give your best to this company they'll never appreciate you ... Their appraisal is 500-800 in hand for Executives .... Never come here if you're talented enough specially fd branch

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Little bit work presure will be there. Management like (hr wise president) will not encourage out side staff then only give promotions to their cousins nd closed ones ...

The only advantage is timely salary credit,you will surely receive your salary by 30th or 1st of month. Good support from nursing manager, other colleagues are exceptional as not everyone's your well-wisher. The 2nd most reason is that the company has gained so much of fame in the Indian health system which can give you a good experience certificate for your future career growth as this hospital is renowned for good health services.

Dislikes

There are many units in the Hyderabad itself so only one unit's atmosphere may not justify the entire reason for dislikes, yet after conversation with fellow colleagues in other units , here's the entire summary:- 1. Not much skill development, I had been there for 2 years as a Nurse and it is strange to mention that there's no certificate workshops for advance life support such as BLS, PALS,ACLS,NALS although other well known branded hospitals are providing such courses to their nurses too.. 2. No over time payment . Sometimes you may have to work extra shift but you will not paid anything against that, though a Comp-off can be raised, but which is very far to use as you will not get to use your standard 4 offs/months , thinking about comp -off is once in a blue moon. 3. You will be blamed for everything if it not your fault.. as per Every Indian mindset nobody bother about nurse in India.

The hospital is organised, work is flexible and timings are also good. Staff is nice and helpful.

Dislikes

Some senior doctors are not that nice in their attitude, HR department is not very helpful, salary is less. There's always delay in getting the salary. No overtime paid.
