I got opportunity to learn multiple skills in Quality dept at a time. The Company is an API 2C monogram licencee & ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified company having reputed clients like ONGC, L & T, Reliance. Therefore I got great exposure during this tenure. So I am Happy with overall experience.

Documentation part is nice.

Dislikes

1. Doing Bound with each employee and 3 months salary cheque tooz which is absolutely wrong. 2. Lack of technical person availability in the factory. 3. Management is not ready to adopt new systems and work culture. 4. Topical owner base company and zero percent management base. 5. All the authorities held with boss. 6. No work satisfaction. 7. Boss is always right rule. 8. Having good documents system but not doing on time. Manipulate documents. 9. Management nothing is doing for the training to employees but still you need to fill the forms with accepting- Yes I have taken the training and it was too good. ( It's too fake). 10. Don't join, even you are jobless bcz you will get the job 100 times better than this....

Don't keep chaque with them against notice period during joining, they will file a case through court and police. They will harass you legally if don't complete 3 months notice period and 3 years bond agreement.

A good opportunity for a fresher to understand what is company politics, how bosses make you do extra work, how to manage time.

Dislikes

This company keeps revisiting the same projects and has been working on 3 projects for past 3 years. No growth for the company itself, so no growth for you.
