I am very happy and proud of feel like working in Rain cement plant. Working pressure in duty is normally but mental pressure is very low. Management is very good and Transperant. I never think about job security in Rain cement. I am fully satisfied about job security in Rain cement. Thankyou sir.

Salary is giving every month time to time. But salary increments are not giving for time to time and the salary system is not uniform for same experience and same cader. Low salary employees get low salary hike and high salary employees get high salary hike. I am humbly request to management please provide minimum salary system for cader wise. Working skills development program's are not conducted sir. Remaining all things are good sir. This is only my opinion sir. I am writing any mistakes please leave it sir Thanking you sir

Gain good exposure in various areas like MIS reporting, Asset accounting and GL reconciliation. Gain good knowelege in SAP.

Work life balance would be better. Offi e infrastructure need to be better. Apart from salary we are getting nothing.

Management has to change their behaviour towards to the team. No one on one Management shout employees in front of all Management build the rules but not follow 1 washroom for 30 employees for men
