...very well and show all their efforts in middle management to lower management 2.Timely pay. 3.Better oppurtunity for demotivated people who have nothing better to choose. 4.Rain Carbon Vizag is good one but the opposite is Sez Site.

1.Top management proves nothing but letting employees stay for extra hours for no perks and just to satisfy their upper authorities. 2.Met with lot of accidents while commuting to work and yet no response for employee safety even though people cry to Provide transport facility. 3.Will be recruited as Mechanical or Other department engineer and you will be working as Either Slave to satisfy top management or to work under Kiln with 0 facilities. 4.General Bus timings are horrible. Shameful to see how employees commute in own transportation to leave office premises on time without availing. 5.Shit Lot worth politics than anything. 6.Even if we work for extra hours, What matters is just a 30rs meals with transportation and u will get no extra benefits out of it. 7.Long working hours sometimes upto 20 hours and we avail nothing out of it. 8.No proper following of managing instructions. The work will be done by someone and the credit will be given to another. 9.Worst employee culture. Even the new recruit misbehave with senior members. 10. Lot of harmful emissions like cpc and gpc dust, Ammonia and yet no proper Safety gear will be given including a proper nose mask. 11.If you work in G shift from Vizag to Atchuthapuram, you can avail bus facility for too much cost and even if you change your route or Come in shifts, still bus fees will be deducted out of nothing which i never seen. 12.I recommend not to opt this firm and ruin your careers especially freshers.

1) Duty Timings should be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 2) Some employees gathering in one place and disturb to other employees who are working seriously. 3) Some Employees discussing loudly 4) Some employees shouted to Workers without any reason.

It is in my locality, so I stay at home and travel to work everyday. That is the only thing good.

The company behaves the same as every other corporate, so do not expect anything good about culture, work balance here.

No assured timeline for increments, and worst management, canteen is like toilets in a park , and the admin block looks like a godown,if you're a slave of the company better to learn dirty politics .

There is a lot of politics and the management treats every employee like a slave, they doesn't care even if you're wounded or burned all the want is to get their work to be done
