...very good. We will get to meet people from different places who are like minded. The work life balance for women are good, salary is also good, promotions are based on how much incentives you scored for a year, you can delevop your skill with helpful seniors, company culture are good if you are a foodie you will love it, work satisfaction is also great.

Dislikes

I don't have much to dislike as I don't go to fight nor am good at fighting.

...ny's business affect very badly. So that's the main reason we have lost the job. But in a positive manner of the company that they are providing us two months salary. This helps us to reduce the economically problems. So I just wants to say thanks to Railyatri or Kutumbh care. This was the golden chance to work with them. Only one thing which i never expect that only my pf passbook amount. It does not shows the correct amount on UAN portal last two months. So may i request you to pls take care seriously. According to teammates our Railyatri (Train) dept. all person are very supportive. Positive environment. Overall everythis was good. if i get a change in future to work with them then i will definitely do it.

1. PF passbook & salary slips was not coming on time. Last two months my pf passbook is not generated properly. It is showing the wrong amount. Pls. do it correct. Overall good experience.****

...equired. Management is too good as they understand the reality and act upon it . Company policies are pretty good as they give compensation every month to spend time with family i.e planning for movies, hangouts, restaurants etc.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such working in Railyatri. Having said that all seniors are work centric and friendly nature.

Likes

It’s a great place to work specially for people looking for good people and culture to work in. Since it’s a product based company it’s has its own pace and are not very tight with deadlines. Gives you room to learn new skills and topics to do a certain job if you don’t know it. Since it’s a startup the technological infrastructure is quite lacking in terms of proper sops and documentations specially if you come from big tech company but if you are someone looking for peach of mind and learning at own pace with decent pay and appraisals at flexible working hours it’s a great place to work.

Dislikes

Nothing specific to be disliked about but scope of improvement in streamlining processes, SOPs, documentation, technical training can be considered.

Likes

The company is good with all kind of supportive managers and colleagues. You will love it just need to know languages with some professional skills in some field. Other than that everything is good.

There is nothing to dislike only one thing is first 3 months of joining you won't get Holidays
